Sync meeting notes and transcripts.

Connect Granola so what was decided in your meetings becomes searchable, durable knowledge instead of notes nobody reopens.

## What's synced

Meeting notes and transcripts. Transcripts label each line with the speaker's name when Granola has identified who spoke.

## What you can do

- Search meeting notes and transcripts.
- Ask Falcon what was decided in any meeting.
- Keep meeting notes in sync with your docs.

See [Sync Granola meeting notes](https://falconer.com/docs/use-cases/automate-workflows/sync-granola-meeting-notes.md) for a full walkthrough.

## Connect Granola

1. In Granola, go to **Settings → Connectors → API keys** and generate a key with the **Personal** scope. Optionally add the **Public** scope to include team-shared notes.
2. In Falconer, navigate to **Integrations** from the bottom-left menu and open the **Personal** tab.
3. Click **Connect** next to Granola, paste your Personal API key, and click **Connect**.

Granola is a personal connection, so each teammate connects their own account.

If the Granola card shows a banner asking you to paste a Personal API key, click **Reconnect** and follow the steps above to resume syncing.

## Sync meeting notes on demand

Your synced meetings live in the **Meeting notes** folder in your private section of the sidebar. Open it and click **Sync now** to pull your latest Granola meetings right away. The time of the last sync is shown next to the button.
